- Where do we go after death?Anyway: it will be somewhere within God´S creation. Old times - good times - long gone times. The fairy tale is over, the land of charms is lost. Romanticism with reality injected: Childhood being over it´s money that counts. Sitting by the sea, watching the day go by, musing about mankind. The star of love is falling from heaven and the swan is singing it´s death song. Romanticism with a twinkle in the eye. The hazards of love and adultery: they both have to die.
The sorrow and loneliness of disappointed love - yet with a hint of irony. The weird sisters show up - love fades.
Me and my baby tonight: but with Heinrich Heoine it´s always a different story. Heine´s reminiscense of an old romantic folk song evokes irony and even bitterness.
Sometimes we don´t know it&aute;a the last goodbye.
The copy of you im my heart is what it is - just a copy. With a relaxed beat.
One of Heine´s sad, sad love songs. Goodbye under the linden tree. Listen for free.
Tired of civilisation Heinrich hyper-civilized Heine climbs up to the mountains. Do we smell irony?
Two strong personal links. And sometimes we don't know: is it love or hate?
Heine's und Mendelssohn-Bartholdy's spring song in a new arragement.
